To keep up with the rest of the world we have introduced flexible pricing. Prices may go up but they can also go down according to demand. Whether you book on line, by e-mail or by telephone you will always know the actual price for your stay before you accept the reservation. On confirming the reservation the price quoted will become FIXED and therefore non-negotiable.


All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card at time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.


50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In the case of a one night stay 100% of the reservation will be charged.

On reserving a room at Pastis Hotel you accept the following:

CHECK - IN 4.00 p.m.
CHECK - OUT 11.00 a.m. 

NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOTEL - there are outside areas for smoking.

Guest rooms are checked before and after each stay and a report is made if any damage has been caused by the guest. All costs for replacement or repairs are charged to the guest.  Likewise, if the state of the room requires additional cleaning or if special treatment is required arising from a guest breaking the no smoking rule. An extra cleaning fee of 200€ will be charged.

Room keys must be handed back to reception on departure. Failure to do so will result in a 100 € charge to the guest as a contribution towards the replacement cost.


NO FOOD OR DRINKS purchased from outside are allowed, except in special circumstances when requested in advance.

All the rooms have double glazing. Sea view rooms are on the roadside of the building. Rooms in the garden are quieter than in the main house. Saint Tropez has a party reputation, so at times we cannot guarantee a completely quiet room. 

Pastis is a small hotel with no lift and no porter. Our staff are happy to help with your luggage but they are not allowed to carry bags weighing more than 20 kilos (44 pounds) on their own.


Up to 30 days prior to your arrival, the total amount of the deposit  will be reimbursed. After that date, no reimbursement will be made.


Cancellations less than 2 days prior to arrival and no-show will be charged for the entire stay. If you reduce your stay after the cancellation deadline, you will be charged in full for the nights reduced.


We strongly advise that you have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events that may stop you from travelling.
